Welcome to Finn & Fur. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services provided by Finn & Fur, encompassing premium dog grooming, pet supplies retail, dog training classes, pet-friendly event organizing, and nutritional consultations for canines. By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1. Services Offered
Finn & Fur provides a range of pet care and lifestyle services, including but not limited to:
- Premium dog grooming services.
- Retail of pet supplies, food, and accessories.
- Dog training classes and workshops.
- Organization and hosting of pet-friendly events.
- Nutritional consultations tailored for canines.

2. User Responsibilities

3. Bookings and Cancellations
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Grooming and Consultations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Training Classes: Specific cancellation policies for training classes will be provided upon enrollment. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the class fee.
- Events: Cancellation and refund policies for events will vary and be detailed in the individual event description.
Finn & Fur reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
4. Product Purchases
Products sold through our online platform or retail store are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
- Returns and Exchanges: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for an exchange or store credit. Perishable goods, custom orders, and opened food items are non-returnable.
- Warranty: Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers, where applicable. Finn & Fur does not offer additional product warranties beyond what is legally required.
5. Limitation of Liability
Finn & Fur and its staff will exercise reasonable care in providing all services. However, we are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained by your pet or yourself while participating in our services or events, except where directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Pet owners are responsible for the health and vaccination status of their pets, and any pre-existing conditions disclosed to us.

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Finn & Fur or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
